Our Policies

Stain & Polyurethane

We offer custom finishing on all pieces. Our finishing is done by hand and cannot be compared to a factory finish.

  • $40 per coat of stain
  • $60 for two coats of polyurethane

Please note that there is no refund or exchange on custom finishing.

Deliveries

We offer delivery for a fee. Please call us for prices.

  • Delivery fees must be paid in full before we deliver. Sorry -- no COD.
  • Delivery prices reflect a curbside/drop-off rate. There is an additional fee for items that you would like brought inside by our driver and his helper.
  • We require a two hour window for deliveries, and you must confirm in advance that you will be home at the specified day and time.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the piece will fit through any doors, hallways, stairs, etc., before arranging for delivery.
  • We are not professional movers, and although we take every necessary precaution, we are not responsible for any damages that are the result of inside deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.

Items that are in stock may be exchanged for merchandise credit, good towards any other item(s) in stock or custom piece(s). The item must be in the same condition it left the store in, and must be returned within five days.

There is no refund or merchandise credit on items that are special ordered (i.e. items that are not in stock at the time of your order) or custom made for you.

  • Please check your measurements very carefully before ordering.
  • Double check your invoice when you get home after ordering.
  • Any changes must be called in to us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Make sure you can fit custom pieces thorough any doorways, halls, staircases, elevators, etc.
  • We take no responsibility for custom made or custom ordered pieces that do not fit.

There is no refund or exchange on any "special sale" item. These items are discontinued, one-of-a-kind, or slightly damaged pieces; they are sold in as-is condition and are final sale.

We charge $20 for returned checks.
